The Icthus Logo

The fish - ixthus - is the logo for the CrossRoads Counseling Center, and we are proud of it. The fish was the early symbol of the Christians who were so often under great persecution.  They would draw a fish in the sand pointing the way to the place the Christians were meeting in secret. You would walk in that direction and find another, on and on to the fellowship that changed lives and history.

The fish later had the greek letters added meaning: "Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior." It is our hope that , if we can serve you or help you in any way, the sign of the fish will still work, and lead you to our center and our fellowship.

Bue icthus

Joshua bin Joseph, the son of Joseph called Jesus in many languages is, we believe, who he said he was.  The founder of our center, in lectures around the world has said, “One secret to life is to find the greatest man who has ever lived and follow him.  From Atheism to Faith, from study of the great religions of the world, I have found none greater.  Until I do, I will seek to follow Him.  There are Twelve Great Religions of the world.  In eleven, men are searching for God.  In one, God is searching for man.  This made a great difference in my life. Yet, each person on earth must follow the highest that they know.  If that leads us to love each other and serve each other in kindness, forgiveness, humility and generosity, we will have a better world.
